Our Founders’ Story
Lentra Group was founded by operators who built their experience from the ground up — starting with nothing more than a clear vision, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing things properly in the NDIS.
We began with zero participants, no referral network, and no brand recognition. Like many providers, we had to earn trust one relationship at a time. We personally navigated registration, audit preparation, compliance, staffing, participant onboarding, and day-to-day service delivery while learning how to operate within one of Australia’s most regulated sectors.
In the early days, growth didn’t come from marketing budgets or shortcuts. It came from showing up, responding quickly, building strong relationships with families and support coordinators, and consistently delivering on what we promised. That foundation of trust became the catalyst for sustainable growth.

We established Lentra Group to turn real operational experience into practical guidance for aspiring and early-stage NDIS providers. Everything we teach is built from systems we’ve used, refined, and relied on while scaling a live NDIS business. Our focus is on helping others build with clarity, confidence, and compliance from day one.
Lentra Group exists for people who want more than registration approval — it exists for those who want to build ethical, sustainable NDIS businesses that can grow, scale, and stand the test of time.
